  • Accuracy of Fit: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, designs, and compatibility of our mobile covers. However, phone dimensions can vary slightly by region or carrier version. It is the customer's responsibility to select the correct phone model (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro vs. iPhone 15) before checking out.

  • Colors and Imagery: Product images are mockups or studio photos. Minor variations in color or print placement may occur due to screen settings and manufacturing variances.

3. Pricing, Billing, and Accuracy of Information

  • All prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any mobile cover design or product without notice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the contact info provided at the time of order.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Custom Duties

  • Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates. NZ Mobile Covers is not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing times, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • Generally, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and reported within 7 days of delivery. Custom or personalized mobile covers are typically final sale unless they arrive defective or damaged.

6. Limitation of Liability for Device Damage

  • While our mobile covers are designed to protect devices from everyday wear and tear, NZ Mobile Covers does not guarantee that our cases will prevent 100% of damage to your mobile device.

  • We shall not be liable for any accidental drops, screen breakages, cosmetic damage, or internal hardware failure sustained by your mobile phone while using our products.

7. Intellectual Property
